We've had multiple poor experiences at this location and tonight was the worst. Ordered a happy meal with cheeseburger no onion for our daughter. Came with chicken nuggets, pulled back around and stated we received wrong order, this took 20 minutes and the cheeseburger is raw in the middle. I'll never go to this location ever again, mismanaged and people don't care if your order is correct.

Our fries were warm, not hot and fresh like I ask for.
My wife ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have a spicy mayonnaise on it, but when she took her first bite she realized that they forgot to put that sauce on it.
If we hadn't been pressed for time we'd have turned back to have them fix the problem.

I spoil myself to a mcds breakfast sandwich every Sunday morning. So far its been a pretty decent experience. Food is usually fresh and hot. Service is fairly quick.

My hubby and I stopped by for drink and food after a long day. We stop occasionally, but last night was exceptionally pleaseant. Great drinks, food and chatting with bartender who just returned from Hawaii. Looking forward to the next time.

Every time we go there and there’s 30 minutes left until they close they won’t serve u anything… I’ve watched them literally lose about 15 cars in service (and that’s just when we pull up) because the workers are to lazy to clean a blender (all I wanted was a drink because I understand food but a drink that costs more and doesn’t take that much effort to make that’s kinda pathetic …. I’d give this zero stars if I could.

Waited in the drive thru for 20-minutes for my meal. Was told by McDonalds staff that a Uber Eats delivery was being picked up! Made the excuse they couldn't stop the delivery people from picking up in the drive thru. I observed 3-huge bags being transferred from the store into the driver's side window. Why don't you have them in the pickup area. And...my meal was cold. Just yuck. :(

Places are supposed to serve you until the time they close. Well, they did not. We showed up 25 minutes before they closed and they didn’t even acknowledge us, we were sitting there for 5 minutes. And when we decided to leave, we looked in the window and the chick working there was sweeping. Don’t go to the McDonalds in prior lake off of 13
