Horrible experience and horrible staff! This location is adequately staffed and still taking advantage of the Covid lobby closure thing for their financial benefit. That being said; I was forced to order from their glitchy drive thru system, ordered two sandwiches definitely with veggies and toppings. This is what I got - Called back and the girl on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectfully refused to make it right and blamed me. Do not go here - although that’s likely what the workers here want. Order placed 04/06/22 at about 1:20pm.

I feel bad for those who have had a bad experience here. My experience today was very nice. Friendly staff tried the new Baja Steak and Jack love the baja sauce. ( Subways take on Philly Cheese and Steak??) . Being a picky eater I was absolutely surprised how well it tasted. I got it just the way it's picture no extras I'm not an onion eater so I kept that off. Strongly recommend!!!! One thing I do agree is I'm disappointed that their pricing is getting higher and higher. $2.89 for a large fountain drink. I feel like they have $0.40 into that.

single handledly the worst customer service i’ve ever seen, coming from someone who worked at subway for a year. rudest set of staff i have ever met in my entire life, and i even witnessed “ liz “ roll her eyes after her coworker asked if my groups meals would be paid for together and i said yes. the girl also asked if i wanted my steak cooked, which should be an immediate yes because it’s quite literally protocol to heat up the steak before serving it. i also watched them be incredibly rude to the other families that came in and a customer literally sneezed on me and my friend when we walked in. if you know what’s good for you, don’t come here. i’m sick to my stomach.

Went through the drive-through for lunch, keep in mind I was the only person in line. I ordered 2 sandwiches both were incorrect. Neither of them had the cheese or guacamole on the sandwiches. You would think that while you select every individual item on your sandwich they’d get it right.. apparently not. Also not to mention guacamole is extra money we were charged for and did not get. Every time I go to the drive through here something is wrong/missing with my sandwiches, definitely don’t recommend going here.

I place an online order and sat there for 25 minutes before I was told it still won't be ready because it's not supposed to be ready for another 15 minutes yet there was one customer in the entire place the whole time I was sitting there. I won't be going back here ever again and it's about dinner time there's only one customer in the place and I'm willing to bet the owner has no clue why.

I was ordering a 13 sandwich/ 1 salad order for teachers at my school for teacher appreciation week. I called the day before to see what i should do that would make things easier for the staff. Ashley the manager, was very kind and helped me get the order to her. She had everything ready the next day along with lots of napkins. It was very busy when I went to pick up the order and there was an issue with the computer/total. She stayed calm with a smile on her face. Thank you for going above and beyond
