Taco Bell

The manager Kaitlyn needs to be replaced immediately for the level of unprofessionalism with 3rd party deliveries. Simply handing over an order does not warrant all that was experienced, NO MATTER THE MISUNDERSTANDING! I’m sure that she does not want to work at Taco Bell any more than a person wants to deliver food. Word of advice, go take a Taco Bell management course to learn how to professionally resolve conflict, ESPECIALLY OVER SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A DOORDASH PICK UP ORDER. Very silly!

Ordered online for pick up. Ordered 2 -12 packs of tacos I specifically asked to make sure there was taco sauce in there to which they assured me there was some in the boxes. My mistake for trusting them and not checking. I swear not ONE pack of taco sauce. A $36 dollar order and not one pack..Jerks!!😡

It's fast food tacos.. but this one has exceptional customer service that surpasses my expectations every time. Normally a corporate taco chain would get 3 stars.. but the people put this one a notch above. Some managers are following the lead of Chick-Fil-A and others who really focus on that.. the manager at this store is clearly doing something right because it's every time.

Among Taco Bells, this one overall has better customer service and quicker service. Food quality is shotty at best, but tonight the food was so bad I was compelled to write a review. I get it, it's taco bell, you can only expect so much. But this is unacceptable. Ordered the cheese nachos, that tiny little cup isn't even half full of cheese. Wanted to try the new taco, they were out of lettuce and tomato, no big deal, but look at that pathetic piece of chicken in that tortilla. Especially given that taco bell jacked their prices up.
