Love their BBQ. The cheeseburgers and fries are the best around. I go at least twice a week for lunch there. They also have specials, breakfast daily. Great customer service.

We have eaten here many times but today will be the last time. (Usually get through drive through) The short hair blond lady that works there is VERY RUDE! My husband orders a country egg and ham biscuit every time. Seems like every time we go it’s a different price, well today it was $6.36. We leave and he opens it up and it’s a pork chop … he goes in and tells her it was supposed to be ham and egg and she argues with him! On the menu board it shows that county ham and egg are $2.25 each! She refused to give him the difference back for the over charge. Sad… just sad

Great bbq, plate lunch specials and friendly people. They have moved from previous location. They have lots of seating. Breakfast items for mornings as well.

Have been a customer for 16 years back to the Marathon station days. The BBQ and sauce are the best but the older blonde lady treats customers with such distain! What is her problem? Whether we use the drive up window or go inside we always hope she is not there.

Order 2 hamburgers but the cook made cheeseburgers and was very rude when I came back to pick up the correct order. So this is for the person in the back that was so rude about her mistake. Get a grip and don't blame the customers for your incapable self.

Food is absolutely amazing and good priced! I felt bad for the woman working. She was doing an amazing job running the dinning room, drive thru & register by herself but she should've had an extra hand. She for sure deserves a bonus or something. Lol. She did it all with a smile on her face!! The BBQ sauce is some of the best I've ever had!!

Been going to Heaton's for over 10 years and never had an issue. Today the short blonde hair lady in her late 60s was absolutely rude as can be. Getting smart with me about all questions And NO MASK was in sight. I WILL NOT be eating there again.

Drove 20 minutes out of our way to eat here 6/4/2018. The lady that checked us out at the register was a very rude. Seem to be irritated when I asked her what the sauce options were. Did not attempt an any way to be even remotely try to be friendly. Food was ok. Bun stale. Will never be back due to poor customer service. Guess we are used to always getting exceptional great service and great food at Dave’s sticky pig in Madisonville!! Go there if you want superb food and service.
