Delicious breakfast served all day. Pretty cheap too. That 3 star review by "Big Food Jerk" is way undervalued. He doesn't even say a negative comment and yet gives only 3 stars. What a jerk.

Breakfast Review:
This place is at the Road Ranger gas station just north of interstate 80 and from what I was told it is under new ownership as of about last April. You would almost never even know it is there. You pull into the gas station and you see the sign “RESTAURANT” that’s it. I would have never come here if I wasn’t told about it.
On the weekends they have a breakfast buffet for $7.99. Kids under seven eat for free. The buffet is well stocked with fresh fruit, cereal, all the traditional breakfast meats, pancakes, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and french toast sticks. Take a look at the picture of my eggs, hash browns and meat plate and that baby is worth 8 bucks by itself. I was told on Fridays they have an all you can eat Fish Buffet. I say buffet because they have baked fish and even Snow Crab for $8.99
The dining room is spacious and clean and the waitress and other people we encountered were all very nice. There is not really much you can say about this place. It is what it is and it’s good.
According To the Big Food Jerk.
Taking all things into consideration, if you are looking to chow down for a reasonable price this is the joint. The food is good. The people are friendly. I definitely recommend this place and I would go back.
Dinner Review:
This place is at the Road Ranger gas station just north of interstate 80. You would almost never even know it is there. You pull into the gas station and you see the sign “RESTAURANT” that’s it. I previously wrote a review about their Sunday breakfast buffet, this time I had their Friday fish buffet. I call it a buffet because fried fish is only one of the many items offered.
The dining room is open, airy and surprisingly clean. Let’s face it, it’s a gas station and most of us (I dare say) don’t equate gas stations with clean restaurants. They have a nice buffet set up and here are some of the choices and what I think about them.
I am not a fan of the fried fish, too much fried and not enough fish. The Cajun fish was good a little over cooked from sitting in the warming tray but good. The baked fish is a little lemony but I still liked it. The fried chicken is also good. The fake mashed potatoes are good. Do you see a trend here good, good, good. Like all of the food it’s good not great and children under 7 eat free. I have a skinny 6 year old daughter that doesn’t eat much of anything but she stuffed herself until her tummy hurt and for her that’s a good thing. For a family of four to gorge yourselves it was around twenty five bucks with tip.

Value + Quality = Excellent. All things considered, especially if you have children as I do, you can’t beat the price, and the food selection. I like this gas station restaurant for their all you can eat buffets so I do recommend Princeton Plaza!
