In order to have your food in time you have to order 3 hours ahead they always deliver the food at least 1 hour and half later that what they say but tonight they broke the record we waited for over 2 hours for one cheese pizza 🤦🏻♀

Every time we order pizza they are always at least 20 to 30 mins late. Not happy. Better to pick it up yourself

Worst delivery service ever. Placed an order through the app for delivery at around 5 pm and it said it would be a 55 minute wait. Okay no problem, we weren’t very hungry and were fine waiting. 6 o’clock rolls around and still no pizza. 6:30, no pizza. We call the store and they say the pizza is out for delivery. Okay so we wait. 7 o’clock still no pizza. We call AGAIN, now they say pizza is still at the store, we tell them get it here in 30 minutes or we don’t want it anymore. 7:30 rolls around, STILL NO PIZZA. We call a THIRD time, girl on the phone has no clue about anything, so I ask to speak to a manager to complain. Manager says “okay we can deliver the pizza, the pizza will be free but we’ll have to charge a delivery fee”. So we say hell no we’re going to pick it up for free, we’ll be there in 5 minutes. Manager says “oh no it won’t be ready in 5 minutes”.... like what the actual heck, it wasn’t even COOKED. Finally after THREE HOURS at 8 PM we were eating our pizza. They never even offered an apology. Never order delivery from here, next time I’m ordering from Pizza Hut, has better pizza anyways.

Terrible terrible terrible. Ordered a simple cheese pizza. Delivery said it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Longer than I wanted, but oh well. Order put in at 6:20. It’s 8:30 and still no pizza. Called and they weren’t even apologetic.

Worst ever!!! Over 2 hours to get pizza and it was wrong, then an hour and a half later have the right pizza even though I called 4 times and they would say it's on the way each time.
Pizza was not that good and I've ordered from several Casey's before. We will never be ordering from this Casey's again.

Almost two hours late with my order and missing a ton of food. Never called and never brought the rest of the food. They completely expected me to be okay with never getting the food I paid for. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Can’t even comment on the taste of the food since I never got it!

Absolutely terrible. Got my delivery order completely wrong and was extremely late. Very unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend someone to get food from this DISGUSTING store. Most of the workers are on DRUGS. Don’t order from them or you’ll lose money.

I got an offer fron my rewards and when i tried to order online paying cash or using my car i was told it was not accepted for this purchase. Whe. I called she said she could take my order at the end i asked if i could use my rewards and she said no. This is ridiculous....
