Made a simple order at the drive thru: turkey with pepperjack on flatbread, toasted, with tomatoes, onion and mayo. The guy repeated it back to me verbatim...waited for almost 10 mins in the drive thru, get back to work with it and my sub had lettuce on it and no onions. Subway is too expensive to not even get what you ordered. 😡

We stopped going to our local Subway. Too many times we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our food, not because they were busy but the kids who were working were just too lazy to work. We always have to check our order, which is never correct. This place has really gone down hill.

The food tastes wonderful but my complaint would be, they don't know how to heat. They just toast and the last couple times my sandwiches didn't have much meat. It was mainly bread. The kids that work in there act like I bothered them by coming in.

They make a decent sandwich. The drive through is nestled into the back of the parking lot. I almost missed it. There is never a wait. Don't really know why. I haven't found a better sub shop in Princeton yet. This place is a good fast lunch.

I ordered online to get BOGO 50. Said would be ready at 5:10. When I received the the sandwiches at 5:30 they were HOT so I know they couldn't have been ready at said time. I ordered ft long chicken teriyaki on flatbread toasted with pickles extra pickles onions tomatoes bacon pepperjack cheese. I got flatbread chicken bacon onions spinach tomatoes and cucumbers with mayonnaise. Not toasted. The other one was Chicken Caesar on French bread with pepper jack toasted with chicken pickles banana peppers tomatoes onion lettuce. Again wrong. We got French Bread with chicken everything ➕ extra mayonnaise. Both NASTY sandwiches. I called asked to speak to a manager They said there isn't one. they said we need you to bring them back. I said we had to have something to eat so we so we ate them. A Snotty reply "Well what do you want us to do? Told her what time I was there. I said. I'm not wanting free food but I wanted what I ordered. She said we had a small rush at that time and we had other orders to make. One car in front of me and 2 behind me. Well there is nothing we can do. Sorry this happened. Well not I know why they aren't busy. Won't happen again. We won't go back. It's sad the sub sandwiches premade you get at Wal-Mart is 100% better than a regular subway resturant. 😝😝😝😝
