Mcdonald's

Seriously sat in the Drive Thru for a good 20 minutes. As someone who has worked at McDonald’s in the past, I can understand that. Sometimes orders are large and things can take especially long when they are specialized. However, when we finally got to the first window (to pay) the woman legitimately did not speak one word or smile! She didn’t verify our order, say hello (or speak at all for that matter), and generally looked extremely unhappy. I promise to you that there are certainly better paying jobs that require little to no customer interaction that are hiring around here. You aren’t tied to Princeton McDanks, so if you hate your job, look elsewhere! The woman at the second window was friendly, but missed one of our drinks (I totally get that), but told us that we had only ordered one when our receipt clearly had two listed, lol. I worked at McDonald’s within the last 2 years and I promise to you that the order screen would’ve had a 2 listed next to the item. I truly understand staffing issues and it is tough to be fast when there are so few workers, but the experience was sadly somewhat unpleasant. On the bright side, the food was fortunately hot and the wonderful McDonald’s taste you’d expect.

The only reason I'm giving a 5 is because Nikki has always Gave Me Excellent customer serviceI had to call To find out her name When I didThey told me that she was being promoted I told them good That She deserved it. it is good to see Someone Take pride in their work it really shows her character it definitely makes that McDonald's look good. thank you nikki I don't know u but I know good people when I see them. And I am The kind of person That likes to say something Especially when someone is doing an Awesome job
