Sonic Drive-in

After ordering through the app, I sat in my parking spot waiting for my order for OVER 30 minutes. If I hadn't already paid for it I would have left. This is absolutely insane. I guess they will out of business again soon. I finally drove away without my order and just ate the money, cause I sure didn't have any food to eat! Don't waste your time or money.

I only had a slush drink which I didn't care for because I think I was expecting something more along the lines of a fruit smoothie. My companion had a burger meal and onion rings which were extremely fresh and she raved about the onion rings for most of the day but didn't care for the burger, but that's really all a matter of preference. Service was slow but again, the food was extremely fresh.

I “usually” love eating at Sonic. But this was the worst experience ever. We ordered our food at the stall and waited for 20 minutes. We got tired of waiting and we called the restaurant to ask them if they forgot about us. They were rude. They finally brought our food and it was cold. Barely enough Tator Tots for a handful. This place needs new management or something. Or at least employees that want to work. Just sayin

Ordered 4 drinks ahead of time on the app got to the store entered stall number, waited for 5-10 mins before the message read someone was headed out with our order. After this message appeared we had to wait an additional approximate 20 mins. The lemonade slushy I ordered was awful and after wait 30 mins I was already feed up as well as the two kids in the car were tired from waiting. Totally unacceptable if you don’t have enough employees especially on a hott day to operate more efficiently you should just close the location 🎤🎤
