Horrible experience - the soda machines need a deep cleaning I found black specks in my drink which are mold residue from not being clean, this should be properly maintained as this is dirty. Also my fries were cold like they had been sitting for a while, although my chicken fries were hot and fresh.

The worst of the worst experience. The store manager was rude and messed up not only on my online and but also the store order. The staff wont take responsibility for their screw up nor would they agree to replace. The only order clearly said 2 sandwiches (along with the amount paid) and the manager refused to acknowledge that and asked me to take it to BK's online division!!! Staff also had trouble communicating with customers. Never will I ever eat at this place.

John the manager is very attentive. Service is fast and accurate. I go there at least once a week. Always happy with the value.

Drive thru was packed. Inside line was crazy. Waited 15 min till someone took my order. Ordered buy 1 get 1 for $1. Charged 1 whopper reg price next 1 only $1 less. Not $1. Too crowded to argue. Wasn't even lunch time!!

One place in wich you can eat your burger in site (not all the fast food stores have available this service). Fresh ingredients and good flavir. They can take your order in english as well in spanish. =))

They mess up almost all orders we make with the drive through.(ex. Including pickles after I ask for no pickles, single bacon cheeseburger instead of doubles) A couple times ago I got a bun that was black charcoal.
