Hardee's

We were the only people at Hardee's and the still got our order wrong. First I order a roast beef sandwich, ham sandwich fries and drinks. I paid for my order, then I was told they didn't have roast beef. I then ordered a bacon cheeseburger, I told her 3 times all I wanted on it was bacon, cheese, hamburger and pickles only. Now mind you there is a $2 different between the roast beef sandwich and the cheeseburger but I didn't want to ask for the money back. She even came out and ask want I wanted on my burger and I told her again. I got my order drove home to find that they had slathered mayonnaise on both buns. I tried calling them but the line is busy. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY HARDEE'S AGAIN!!!

Not that this location needs any more bad reviews but..... I just got parked for a small order. The WHOLE TEN MINUTES I sat there no one else came through the drive through. I see why. Food was good but the EXTREMELY rude women at the window ((( SANDRA)))) station number 3. Sandra wed. 4/7/21. 1:32pm.

Absolute slowest service I've ever experienced. Staff walks like they're on an afternoon stroll through the park. They don't smile, or say thank you, or you're welcome. This location is definitely lacking in customer service skills. :( In addition, I have had to ask for my debit card back EVERY TIME I've been here. No more. Sometimes, life situations require fast food when you have kids involved in multiple extra curricular activities, but we won't be back to this location.
