Dunkin'

I usually like this location because of the friendliness, speed and accuracy related to my order. However, I strongly recommend that the gentleman who takes the orders and makes the coffee isn’t wearing gloves or washing his hands frequently. When making my coffee this morning (around 8:15 am) I noticed that his fingernails were filthy as he had on. I gloves. Given COVID, this is not a good look!!!

I asked for curbside pickup because I have a sprained ankle. I waited for half an hour before having to ask another customer to tell them I’m outside because no one answered the phone. A guy eventually came out and he was mad at ME despite the fact that they offer curbside pickup on the app. He then only brought my sandwich and not the donuts. He needed a new list of donuts because they threw away my ticket. I finally get home, open my box, and 1/2 the donuts I got are wrong and the cheese was missing on my sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Rude, inefficient, time wasting, and honestly bad at their jobs. Go somewhere else. I’d like a refund but it’s not worth the hassle.

They are constantly slow, no matter how many people or orders are in. I’ve tried curbside, but nearly every time I’ve ordered, an employee told me my car color was listed wrong. So I’ve changed the color in the app per their suggestion, and the next time they tell me that it was wrong. They also consistently get at least one part of my order wrong. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

Always very kind and helpful staff at this location! Today my youngest kids were looking forward to the specialty Spider Halloween donut and even though they didn’t have any available, the staff took the extra time to whip up a few similar ones in the back. This is the third Dunkin’ location we’ve been to since the Spider donut has come back in advertising but they were the only location willing to take the extra effort to make three kids smile!
