nasty women in the drive-thru today with a very bad attitude. no one wants to deal with that first thing in the morning. I told her the menu screen wasn't showing. she said I have to order first before the menu will appear. I told her I couldn't order until we seen the menu. she kept saying I need to order now and she doesn't control the menu screen. her tone of voice and attitude was very unprofessional. I told her she has a very bad attitude and she said she is like that all the time. she shouldn't be working with the public

Sorry I definitely can't recommend this McDonald's. This is the third time I've ate at this location a my food was cold fries were cold and hard not even warm and it took them almost 15 minutes to bring out a 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies, 3 large sweet teas, and 1 medium fry from my mobile order curbside pickup. Never in my life. And the chicken nuggets are always dry and old!

I went through the drive through because the weather was bad,order 35 dollars of food,they messed up my sandwich, the line was too long to go back ,I went inside so she tells them to correct my sandwich, I asked how long it would take the manager didn't answer,I explain why I asked I don't like cold fries,so the front line worker repeated my question and told her why I asked,she looked angry,then asked me to go get my large fry so she can throw them away,I couldn't believe she did that they messed up my ordered and mad me go get the fry like I wanted extra fries,I bought them back to her and told my grand children we will choose another restaurant in the future. The customer service was not worth another trip there.
