Pizza Hut

This location seems to be having some trouble getting some consistency with their product. We, as a family of four adults often order from different phone numbers. We found that when we order delivery, it may come to us nice and hot but it's not always right. This happens to all of us. Since this location is not far from our home, we have resorted to pickup only. We still have problems and have had to have our orders made again upon our arrival. We picked up a large Meat Lovers and large Cheese Lovers on the evening of Feb 23rd and failed to look inside before we got home. This is a photo of our Cheese Lovers Pizza. There's about a 2 inch strip of crust that should have cheese on it. Oh well! It was still good but I'm giving them a one star for inconsistency. This place needs a true manager.

I gotta say I really dislike "this" pizza but arguably the worst pizza place you can go to. Let me put it in perspective I live almost a block a way. My orders are wrong all the time I have had pizza take almost two hours. Lost orders wrong orders. Delivery is a huge problem food is cold often. I can almost see the pizza hut from my house. Items are missing for best results I have to go in person at least then I can gaurantee my food is not cold and I have all my items. The food has inconsistent quality but generally speaking it's at least decent. It will go from good to decent.

I am constantly shocked by customer service. Delivery men are wonderful but you only do that in the evening. Please improve your customer service because I was met by a very rude lady a few weeks ago and I honestly have taken my business to fruitland. An extra haul but WONDERFUL people and I'm met with smiles on their faces! This is not the only bad experience that I've had.

This pizza hut is complete trash. Every time I call there is always an issue. The service there is terrible. The people on the phones will hang up on you and are rude. They often times don't staff well and refuse to deliver. They regularly get orders wrong. Do not order from this Pizza Hut. You are much better off hopping in the car and driving to Salisbury for Dominos. I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could.

Every time I order here, my order gets messed up! I don't know why I still order from here expecting different results, maybe because it's the only Pizza Hut within 20miles of my home. Living n the country you only have but so many choices and I love Pizza Hut pizza yet I'm always disappointed. My 8yr old son said, "Mom why does Pizza Hut always mess up our orders?". I told him he may have to work there when he gets older so he can get our order straight. And why on wing night are there only 4 ppl working. And the manager said contact corporate and make your compliant because they won't allow anymore workers. Does Pizza Hut treat their employees that bad, maybe I shouldn't eat at Pizza Hut then.
