Qdoba Mexican Eats

You know it’s sad. This place is in a truck stop. It’s supposed to be here to cater to truck drivers. Yet it closes at 6 PM? And when it is open, you’re lucky to find half the stuff that’s on the menu. The management and owners obviously do not care about this place. You can tell by the generic cut and paste response to every negative review on here. It’s just sad. The real funny thing is. This place would be an absolute Goldmine if they actually ran it correctly. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I’ve come into this truck stop. There’s always been at least 10 to 15 people in here. And for a fast food restaurant to have that much foot traffic near it. You’re obviously doing something wrong if you’re not making money here. Do better.

1st timer, and I will definitely be trying it out some more... I ordered the taco salad and I wanted it in a shell but I guess they didn’t have anymore 🤷‍♀️ but the nice gentleman did offer to put chips on the bottom but I just asked for it on the side instead. I asked for the white rice, beans, chicken, melted queso, tomatoes, corn, green salsa, guacamole, sour cream, chipotle ranch and shredded cheese. It was so good I left no crumbs 😆 everything tasted fresh and the chicken was better than the steak (my husband ordered steak burrito) the chicken and the bowl was way better btw. Thank you staff!!

I love Qdoba but this is the worst location ever. They had Queso Diablo, they discontinue it, it comes back, they discontinue it. Back and forth with this. They only have black beans, then they have pinto beans, then they only have black beans because the discontinued the pinto beans. Rarely do they ever bother to make chips either at this location. Management is the absolute worst in the business. Don’t get me started on the hours over the last two years. Let’s shut down all food at a truck stop by 6pm. Makes sense.
