Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and a burger. Burger was fine even though the bacon could of been cooked a little more but my tenders were not done at all. Couldn’t even finish one of them because of it. Also was missing my sauce as they just completely ignored the one i asked for and proceeded to give me every other one. Never have had a positive experience here.

Gave me mustard on my hot dog instead of cheese in spite because we told them our pop was flat. What if i had been allergic to mustard? Bad customer service overall. Overheard her say that hardees pop is never flat and she proceeded to call us “fucking liars” and “dumbasses” thinking we couldn’t hear her through the window. Very unprofessional if you ask me. If you’re going to work at a restaurant you need to learn how to listen to the customer.

Ordered the all star burger and regular fries. Burger was good. The lettuce and tomato was fresh. Fries were hot too. Only little complaint is too much ketchup/mayo on bun. Makes it soggy.

I have breakfast here quite a bit. I find their service great, friendly, and most of all fast. They have a wide variety of breakfast foods from specialty biscuits to southern gravy and biscuits. Hardee's of Prestonsburg Kentucky is one of the community favorites for breakfast. It has been my experience that they offer great breakfast, great service, at a fair price.

Honestly the food was awesome but sadly I waited for probably 45 minutes. This was on the 4th of july and someone had the brilliant idea to only have 1 cook and 1 Frontline worker and 1 manager who was floating from front to back.. they need better management and more workers instead of over working some and saving payroll..
