Burger King

The food is usually not good (even by Burger King standards). Orders have been messed up rarely, and the deals in the app are good/great, but staff are inconsistent in terms of being friendly or helpful. They'd get one more star if the staff were more consistent and more friendly, and one more star if the food quality was better.

Absolutely worst service ever! I went in with my family and went to buy food and they're pin pad was saying invalid payment type no problem I'll go see if another card will work I come back with the card and they deleted my order I probably could have handled the situation better but when we re ordered and tried paying with a different card it said the different thing and the girl asks if we're using the right pin yes we're using the right pin there was obviously something wrong with there system and they were doing nothing about it and were very rude in saying they could do nothing about it like it was our fault that the system wasn't working! Never going there again managers there need to learn something about customer service 🙄

I’ve been @ this location several times...& I’d give it 4.9* if I could. Good fresh & accurate food....BUT yesterday someone did a mess in the men’s room...best way to clean that up is a hose &/or bucket of water...I used my phone and still noticed mess under the back lid/tank area.. ..if I return and see it cleaned I will go to 5*. No I won’t post a picture of the little mess still in the bathroom...it’s not bad...just not thorough. I so wish they had teriyaki sauce for the whoppers & burgers like back in Hawaii and maybe other locations.

Every single time we go there, they completely lose their minds if you have a coupon. Tonight‘s experience was “I’ll have to delete the whole order and start over! You should’ve told me you had a coupon to start with.” ...it was for a $1 French fry...really? PUT A SIGN UP THAT SAYS “PLEASE TELL US YOUR COUPON CODES FIRST“ - Always and irritation here.
