O'charley's

Great experience from start to finish. Out of town for work and needed a quick bite, party of 1. Was greeted nicely and seated quickly. Not busy for 5pm on a workday. Placed my order and didn’t have much of a wait and got my food hot and fresh! Everything was delicious and Emmanuel was great. Give this place a chance, they even have a good happy hour special!

Our first dinner out after moving to town and my wife said she used to love this place and their chicken fingers. It was empty at 5pm and staff were all sitting around talking. Desean was very nice and helpful. My dinner was good, but her chicken fingers were straight pink and raw inside. Pretty slow for being empty. Manager was gracious and removed chicken fingers dinner from the bill and gave my wife a peach cobbler to go. Drove by today; parking lot was full for lunch. Hoping for a better experience next time we give O'Charley's a try. UPDATE: General Manager, Stacy, called and apologized, asking us to come in again and ask for her. We will.

The food is good, but we waited an hour for at least an our for our food. The place was not busy at all. I had hair across my plate when receiving my meal. It happens, but they also messed up the other order. The meal was suppose to be chicken tenders only, but we got a mix of fish and chicken. They comped us the gratuity but charge me for the steak with hair. Manger finally came out after I requested. She “blessed my heart” and just looked at me. However, the waitresses are hard working ladies who are suffering cause the manger needs to be fired. The manger lady is ruining the resturant.

if you're going there for lunch....don't....just don't. I work 15 minutes away; plenty of time to get there order, eat and get back to work. My drink order was taken immediately (12:45) and roughly 5 minutes later i was given my drink. At that point my order was taken (12:50). At 1:11, I asked another employee how much my drink was. At this point, the server appeared and said she would talk to the manager and I told her I had to go back to work. She reappeared with the manager, my plate and a to go box. The manager offered no reasons or excuses for the delay. The only thing she did offer was to take my plate to the kitchen and box it up in there. If they had been busy, I could understand the delay. If the problem is they are short-staffed, then it should have been stated up front that it would take a while to receive my order. I have visited this location numerous times and I can honestly say that I have never had an experience anywhere near this bad.
