First Starbucks that supports the military!!!!!
So unheard of now.
Store was clean and orderly.
Unfortunately, while wearing masks they don’t even look at you while talking to you and placing the order.
They don’t acknowledge you when you enter. I think the employees need to brush up on their manners a bit. It turned me off standing their I just walked out without my coffee. It’s not about the money it’s the PRINCIPLE.
Went to the drive thru. I liked how the server was very careful and attentive about our order to make sure she got it right. The bacon biscuit sandwich was delicious and the iced coffee I had was delicious. Will definitely be back!
I bought a coffee at a different Starbucks about 45 minutes north of this location. I was given the wrong coffee, not the end of the world, I saw it as my fault too for not reading the name on it. Anyways, I stopped here and jokingly told Kam what happened, he took it on himself to quickly make me a new coffee, and when I went to pay him he said not to worry, just come back to their store. Well done, as I'll always stop here when I'm going through.
I've been visiting this location every morning during my stay in Montgomery and I've noticed how nice the baristas are! I always come at a time when it's not busy, and I'm met with polite people who seem to enjoy each other and their work. Being a barista myself, I value a fun and healthy work environment because if the employees are happy, they will give good service. That has been my experience in the few days I've visited this spot!
This location of Starbucks is about 3/4 of a mile off the highway. Really easy to get to when passing thru the area. Very clean and very friendly staff. They were slow when it came to making my drinks and the order was wrong. But it tasted good sooo
We LOVE Starbucks! We go ALMOST everyday lol! (I do miss my Pineapple Matcha Drink syrup though...I crave this drink DAILY LOL)
