Kfc

Based off of the one other review from two years ago- apparently management was never fixed. Came around 6:30 with my parents, brother, and nephew tonight. Before I start - I have NEVER felt so compelled to write a review before. Coming from a background of restaurant experience I typically am very compassionate about what they might be going through. So we begin- Immediately I go in and feel that we are unwelcome. However, continue to approach the counter and order. I typically fancy myself a potato bowl and proceed to order. The first thing that "Team Leader" Derrick says to me is, "we are out of bowls." I had him repeat it because the way he said it took me back. There was no apology or any attempt to make it right. Okay - no big deal. Stock runs out and maybe I'm just taking things personal. However - everyone else agreed with me regarding the poor customer service. Then We have to bother them for plasticware As they weren't stocked up. They were out of Dr. pepper. Their lemonade was straight syrup. And this was all before we ever sat down. Sit down we all get an order of mac and cheese, including my 6 year old nephew which is all that he really eats. "Team Leader" Derrick walks up and tells me that they are out of Mac and cheese. He asks me what I want instead (most unsympathetically). Knowing my nephew won't eat anything else, we stick to just the chicken nuggets that we ordered and I ask for corn. The other two orders aren't even addressed. Orders come out and they stack all of our orders on one tray. The chicken nuggets sitting on top. I end up dropping them as they slide off the top. (Mostly my fault, but just adds to my frustrations). I find I am given green beans instead of corn and the other two orders were just left without their sides. We eventually have them give us the other two sides since we paid for it. Top top it off the floors and place was filthy through and through. Terrible experience and I will never return to that KFC and, coming from being an avid fan of KFC till now, potentially other KFC's. We live in Wichita and have plenty other chicken places to use.
