Manager Victoria hands up the phone on you extremely rude more than once very disrespectful never have I had a person treat someone like her she does not need to be a manager I have recorded conversation with her as well as the food I received from their burnt all burnt

Super slow service and when called to see what was up with the order, which was already an hour and 20 minutes, I never received an apology for their slacking off. Customer service is horrible. Little Caesar's has their act together better.

I ordered pickup & asked for a well done pizza & it was raw & doughy in parts and had to be put in the oven which defeated why I placed an order for pickup..

Order a pizza on a Friday night at 8:30. 30 minutes later I check the status and it shows my order has been cancelled, with no further explanation. I attempted to contact the store, but automated message says they are closed. My card was charged for the pizza.

Manager called me a “ n word” and said i could care less about this place very disappointed never buying from here pizza hut is a 100% better option.

The manager in this place is a real piece of work. I mean, he literally is verbally abusive. I've complained to corporate and I guess they don't care because he still works there almost a year later. I will never ever ever buy Papa John's Pizza from this location again.

If I could give it 0 I would. Ordered on Postmates and after an hour and 10 minutes they hadn’t even started the order. This was on a Tuesday at 2 in the afternoon. Not exactly the lunch rush.

I placed an order at 6:04 tonight. 1 large pizza and and order of 16 wings. Was told ot would be 15 to 25 minutes. Arrived to pick up at 6:20 knowing I might have to wait a few minutes since I was 10 minutes early. We were told it had not even been started and would be another 35 minutes of. All they said was sorry. If they were that busy they should have said that when I called the order in. Instead we had to wait in the cold car, very unacceptable. Not first time having to wait! I know this is a busy place but they really need better customer service. Will be trying new places.
