This is by far the best restaurant in Powhatan! They also have the best desserts that I’ve ever eaten! The waiting staff is phenomenal and courteous, and the owner even comes out to greet the customers.
This is a quaint little restaurant in the village of Powhatan, Virginia. We went therefor the first time this past Friday with some dear friends and were so pleased with everything. From the sweet little waitress down to the main meals to delicious decadent desserts, the decor, the cleanliness. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It was a nice comfortable atmosphere... very southern and the service was great and our waitress was amazing! She took care of us and the food was amazing. I praise the Chicken Parmigiano it was as flavorful as it was filling. And to top the evening off... an order of Tiramisu was probably the biggest piece I had ever seen as far as desserts go. I will definitely be going back again!
Really nice place. We ate on the porch, which was cool. A few hiccups with the bar (ordered a Manhattan which they couldn't do, tried Tangueray and tonic which I changed to gin and tonic due to confused looks, but the "soda thing " was down [?] so they suggested bourbon and coke...I went with that), but everyone was very nice and the food was excellent. Would definitely go back.
Food was good, but our waitress was slow and ignored us a couple of times. Would I go back, yes which explains the 4 out of 5 stars.
Authentic Italian fare in a clean pleasant atmosphere. Flexible with our little birthday celebration for children.
Had a great dinner here with my wife while the kids were at a sleep away camp. We try to hit a few new restaurants to try them out each year while they are at the camp. The food was awesome and reasonably priced. The service was over the top unlike a few others we tried that week. This is one restaurant we will definitely be back to along with the kids.

Crowded, which wasn't an issue since we got takeout. I was running behind due to bad traffic, and they called to make sure I hadn't forgotten. Even after the delay and 10 minute drive home, our entrees were still warm. Hubby said his gyro could have used more meat, but my lasagna portion was huge and delicious. I didn't get dessert but I wished I had. The display of choices was beautiful, and it looked like everything was scratch-made.
