Taco Bell

Just waited 40 minutes here . These dumb kids who work here don’t care about work ethics . Just goofing and horse playing around acting dumb while 15 cars sit and wait at a Fast food ?? Taco Bell ? The food is ok the service is horrible . Who ever runs this place needs to fire all these dumb kids this was unacceptable and it’s a nightly occurrence. There were at least 5-6 staff . A couple walked out for a break and realized there were 15 cars waiting to get food so they had to go back in . Does anyone actually work here ? Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. I would rate - negative one million stars if I could . Save yourself 30-45 minutes for a couple burritos go somewhere else don’t eat here . Gas prices are too high to sit here forever while punk kids don’t care about their jobs .

Waited her for 20 minutes on my lunch break by the time I even got up to the speaker to order. Then told to wait so I asked what was taking so long since my whole break was already gone and the young woman at the counter was all to eager to tell me to "come make my own food if I didn't like it". I eat here every work day so this isn't a common occurrence so I suggested maybe a sign outside to let people know theres a long wait. The young woman told me "she would let me make the sign but thats not her job". Won't be ordering here again if thats who is taking my order. Customer service jobs are crazy right now I get that but some things you just don't say to customers and regulars at that.

Absolute worst Taco Bell ever!!!! Mobile online supposedly sent to front for pick up but lobby closed. Had to wait in the long line of the drive thru only to be told our order was up front not in the back and they didn’t have enough people to open lobby on a Saturday during peak lunch time. Then we tried to cancel our order and they couldn’t so tried to cancel online and it wouldn’t. After a long wait went to window and the drive thru person would not even speak to us. she gave us our drinks with no ice only to be told after I had them ice machine was broke and didn’t even give us or offer us any sauces or napkins. Nothing online to indicate any issues with the lobby so we drove out of our way only to end up waiting in the drive thru anyways and rude customer service!!

This review is for the Taco Bell located on Emory Road in Powell. Overall it was really good! I ordered through the mobile app. You pay for it in the app and I'm off to Taco Bell! The order isn't made until you pull up to the speaker in the drive thru. You give them the name the order is under and you pull up. They make it then. Pretty quick with making the order. Only reason I took a star off is because the line in the drive thru was so long! Hope this helps everyone!
