Little Caesars

So tonight, we ordered from this Little Caesars location, normally we order from the location on Western Ave but they was already closed so this was the only one I could order from; 2 large Cheese pizzas and a box of Cheese sticks. We got our order and opened up the box to get ready to eat dinner and this is what both of our pizzas looked like! Yes! Looks like it's been tampered with. The cheese wasn't on all slices either. There was cheese running on the off the edge of the pizza box. The pizzas was tossed in the trash. Me and my family couldn't eat it. So thank you for showing me what this location is like. It is the last time I will do business with this particular location. Very disgusting and very disappointed.

Always use this location. Not anymore. Call tonight to place an order like normal. At 925. To be told they turn their ovens off at 9:30. I have been at this location 10 minutes before they closed and was able to special order a pizza. Not only that but the rudeness of the manager. I will no longer give this company my money wanted to cost me over the phone. I was a store manager for four years at another location. Ovens are not to be turned off until closing time. I guess there’s a difference between corporate owned and a franchise store.

I have ordered in the past couple months but both times my order was wrong. Just yesterday I stopped by and ordered a simple medium half pepperoni and half ground beef. I didn't check my pizza before I got home, I opened the box to see yet again it was wrong, I received a new a plan pepperoni only. Very disappointing!

This is by far the worst location of Little Caesars ever. We ordered 7 pizzas for a party....all of them were burnt and nothing even fell off when I lifted the entire pizza from the box upside down. The little squirt of a Manger had no back bone at all. She ran and hid behind the pizza warmer, so that she wouldn't have to deal with me; and sent some other filthy mouth girl out, who proceeded to curse at me. Finally, a young guy named Noah, came in and apologized to me for the entire ordeal. He remade our order the best he could, given his opposition. He never raised his voice and showed compassion, after the previous employees had argued and bereted me. He should be made manager; and that other squirt should be fired immediately!!! Most all the employees here just goof off and give away free pizza to their friends, while customers pay top dollar for burnt trash. I contacted this location to speak to the store manager, Aaron Newbold. Every single one of my 12 calls (made on different numbers) were intercepted by various employees, who refused to take a message or transfer me to him to discuss my experience. Go to the Centerline or Merchants Rd locations. Avoid thus place at all cost!!!

Omg I just went and got us 2 large pepperoni and 2 orders of crazy bread and both was half cooked "still doughy" and the pizza wasn't even fully cut. I bought this thinking I wasn't gonna have to cook tonight but noooooo I had to put it in the oven and finish cooking the pizza "and it was still nasty" oh and they had me pull over to the side and waited 10 mins and it still wasn't done. I get no one wants to work anymore but these little kids running all these restaurants don't even and if you wouldn't eat it then why would you think someone else would.... They don't even deserve a 1 star go elsewhere seriously 🤦‍♀️🤬 5-21-22 Sherry Oh and what happened to hot n ready 🙄
