Mcdonald's

This is the second time I've stopped at this McDonald's...thought the first time was a fluke but I was wrong. The staff was friendly and helpful with the kiosk thing. The food was hot and tasty as were the fries. Felt like I was in a commercial with how well prepared the food was and cleanliness of the restaurant. Nice.

It is great that there are kiosks available to order and skip the line. I arrived with two charter busses, about 70 people all together, and the fast and friendly staff was able to take care of us quickly. They also were able to keep their drive-thru rolling as well. The food was exactly what I expected, hot,.tasty, and fresh. Kudos to the staff!

This is one of the most poorly managed McDonald's I've ever been to. Employees are rude as well. They rarely acknowledge you are standing there, waiting to get your order. They seem "put out" when they finally do wait on you. It takes a long time to get your food! It is also very dirty where they are preparing the food!

Don't know what happened, but my food took 35 minutes to make and I had to keep going up to the counter to remind them my order was not complete. The staff were overwhelmed and it looked like no management or leadership was helping. Order was still not correct when I finally left. Their ice cream machine was not working, IA that a universal joke for McDonald's? I probably will never visit this location again.

I've had relationship issues lately and I have bought that 430 am coffee and chilled in the parking lot till work time at noon and they have never made issues with me or asked me to leave. I do always buy something and I never fall asleep in the driver's seat looking like I'm passed out from drug use. I'm grateful to them as they have unknowingly saved me from physical violence and prevented an intervention from law enforcement. I have a plan in place and will soon be leaving I just have to get 1 more paycheck for the utility deposit on my new apt in another county.
