Five Guys

Five Guys is always tasted for its great burgers. However, the hot dogs and sandwiches are just as delicious, especially if you could be deterred as a non-burger person. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, which I thought was superb. You could have had topping, but I went plain. The bread seemed to be bottoms of burger buns. They were toasted but so smooth. The cheese was melted perfectly. My husband had a bacon-cheese dog with onions, tomatoes, relish and ketchup. He was extremely impressed with the cooking, ingredients, and ate it so fast I was unable to get a picture. The fries were also salted well. Some seemed undercooked to ne but my husband thought they were just fine. The service was also wonderful with such friendliness! There was one bathroom per gender with no changing table.

Not for me. It wasn't too bad. Fries were flimsy and a little greasy. Burger was small compared to other places but the times the price. They have hot dogs and shakes also. I thought it was much too expensive. We spent around 50 dollars for two burgers a hot dog and shake. They do have free peanuts while you wait. Staff was very nice and place was clean. I know people really enjoy their food and it wasn't terrible. But I think it is much too expensive. We spent too much money to eat from a greasy bag and still be hungry hungry we left.

The most absolutely incompetent employees I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t take 8 employees to run a restaurant that size let alone an hour to make 2 burgers and a small fry and bag it even with it being a lunch rush. The amount of chaos and lack of leadership by the management was a laughable experience. Pay for the food stay for the entertainment value of the unguided staff and of course waiting for what you paid for… if you ever get it.

The food is great and always fresh, that being said. At the location in powell they must not be able to read! My order is always rung up correctly but some how the last 5 out of 6 times I have ordered food from there they have not put my bacon on my little bacon cheeseburger! Bacon makes the dang thing! So over it!

Friendly service, but not enough bang for your buck! A little expensive for the food, as it is not as good as most of the other fast food chains. Food was bland, and they do not offer chili on their hotdogs which was a very average hotdog for the price. Overall, it was clean and friendly but not my go to burger joint.
