Ohio Pizza 2

Ordered pizza at 4:45 for daughter and her friends before going to an event. Was to be delivered by 6:00. At 7:00 it still had not arrived so called and got message to press 1 of there's a question or issue with an order. Phone continues to ring for the last 20 minutes at the time of this review. I would say poor customer service except there's been none whatsoever.

My experience with this location over the last few months has been hit-or-miss. Often the pizza takes much longer than the app says it will. For example, last night it arrived 45 minutes late (1 hour, fifty minutes total) and it was not even hot when it got here. The delivery guys are trying but my experience with carry out and/or trying to call the store has been horrible.

Fantastic! As I said in my original review several years ago, this is some of the best pizza I've ever had and definitely my favorite in the Central Ohio area. I am very happy to report that the service is now as great as the food. I order almost every week (sometimes twice a week) and almost never have an issue. The few times I had a MINOR issue, individuals such as Robby have gone above and beyond my expectations. Also, the delivery estimates are spot on and the food is always hot when it arrives. Please keep up the excellent work!

Called and said: "there's 4 of us do you have any deals with pizza and sides,, wings, cheesebread, ect. Pizza boy: "how about you tell me what you want" Listen pizza boy, you didn't go to college. How long do you pizza boys think you're gona be taking successful men's orders being rude before you get fired? Do better. I wasn't able to order any pizza because pizza boy hung up on me. So this review is strictly on the customer service. Not the quality of the food Instead called Papa John's next door. Ordered $85 worth of food. Jets lost that sale just because the pizza boy had an attitude. Smh

Jet's is handily the best chain pizza place around. You can easily do better at smaller shops in the area but with Jet's you get a consistent quality and great value. There's just something about those big greasy deep dish slices that never gets old. I'm glad to have one so nearby now. This particular location is kind of annoying to get to because of the layout of the strip mall it's in. The interior is pretty similar to all the other strip mall Jet's in the area, no room to dine in and not much for customers to see except the counter and soda stocked fridge.
