Went in drive thru at 10:50am asked for a large Fanta orange and got like 80% ice in the cup, finished the drink before I got back to work.... ask for low/easy ice in your drinks everyone....

Typical Carl's Jr tucked in a business area. The food is good and prices are cheap. The service is fast and the staff are friendly and quick. It is rarely crowded so you can go in and out. There is also a drive thru.

I got to this place there is no customers there and I could not get the guy to take my order don’t go there if u r in a rush

I gave it a 2 because the drive thru was quick and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was unedible. I paid $7 for a grilled chicken sandwich that was so dry I actually thru it away after two bites. Even with the sauce, the chicken was clearly way overlooked and apparantly sat around awhile. I have never thrown food away....but this was so awful I couldnt get it down even though I was really hungry.

Honestly this is the best Carl's Jr. Ive EVER been to!! There is one a bit closer to my home but if I know this one is open I'll definitely drive a bit farther! These people not only get your order correct, they sincerely go beyond in their customer service! They ALL deserve a raise!!! Even the managers are sweet!! If you want good service and nice people to serve you, go here!! Btw, they don't serve something I know they have the ingredients for, and the young man and his manager talked, he came back and surprised me telling me they'd make it for me!! Soooo freakin sweet!! 5☆☆☆☆☆

Fantastic service. This is by far the best Carl’s Jr. I have ever been to. The food is always hot even if I go drive thru and eat at home. The burgers actually look like the ones in the pictures! This is Sancho begging for a bite of my double western bacon cheeseburger.

Never had a problem with this place. Always get what we ordered and it’s always good but tonight BOTH my husband and I feel sick to our stomachs. He has thrown up and had D. I’ve had almost D but constantly using the restroom which isn’t normal for me and I’m pregnant. I really am hoping that our 4 year old daughter doesn’t get sick from the food she ate.
But we are definitely not going back because it seems we got some sort of food poisoning. Not happy!
