I know the concept of tapas is about small sharable plates type dining but this place is a bit expensive for what you get. The service is great, the food is delicious, but the wallet will be hurting after only a few small entrées with small portions.
I still recommend this place albiet the portion to price ratio is unbalanced.
A Poulsbo gem! A must have if you're in town.
Poulsbo is such a quaint little town and there are a lot of options but, this place, this place was the best part of it all.
We had a variety of tappas on the back alley patio. The atmosphere, our server Samantha, the comprehensive and diverse flavors that we experienced we're incredible!
Please stop in, you will not be anything but pleased.
Tried out paella bar for the first time last night. Had possibly the best smoked trout and paella I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu, there’s so many delicious sounding options!
Our definitely go-to, can't miss spot in Poulsbo, with excellent tapas at prices less than Seattle. Great seafood items on the menu. The paella is flavorful and a nice share--can't ever miss it. Wine and beer selection decent.
Always a fantastic finish to a day and evening this side of the Sound on a weekend getaway!
Another visit, arrive 330p and easily could get seat in the back, food was superb and out quick!

We always have the best experience at the Paella Bar. Everything we try on the tapas menu is delicious. The Cubano is our favorite of all time. And we always have Stellar service, whether we are sitting in the bar or at a table. Thank you to our gentleman server with the fedora, great service, great recommendations and a wonderful experience all around! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing food and atmosphere can't pick a wrong item on the menu from drinks to food. Little spendy but well worth the extra $$$.
