Dunkin'

Arguably the best and most convenient location in the city of Poughkeepsie. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways. Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles. Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic. Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.

Came in Monday to get a drink and one of the staff just started yelling and cursing at someone by the sandwich station. She was short with dark hair and I believe I saw a hand tattoo on her as well. Someone in there who is in charge need to at least tell their employees to have some self control especially when customers are around. Other than that I had a good time and the coffee is great.

Dunkin' Donuts is part of Roark Capital Group. They spent under $100 million on advertising in digital, print, and national TV in the last year, but wouldn't it be nice if they spent some of their Wealth on improving upon their Service Times at some of our Local Franchises here in Dutchess County by hiring more staff... Having long lines in the middle of what's still a national Pandemic is not in our best interest as a society
