K And D Deli

I specifically asked for no ham/meat and said I was vegetarian, but what does the cook make? A meat dish!!! The whole order was wrong! Wasted my hard earned money! That cook is so arrogant it’s ridiculous! I used to like this place but after today I’ll never stop by again! Spend your money somewhere else! Incompetent!

I just ordered through doordash and literally could not eat the food. I ordered a cheeseburger, there was no condiments or vegetables just burger with cheese and bread. Meat was squishy and clearly a frozen food box burger and it was pink in the middle. I literally couldn't eat 90% of the burger and end up having to throw it out. I also got onion rings they were greasy and disgusting but at least I could eat those. I assume they just don't try as hard if you're not ordering one of their like $13 sandwiches. Whenever I've ordered an overpriced sandwich those came fine.

I will never return! Placed my order this morning for a simple bacon egg and cheese on a toasted roll. During my ordering I was told “we toast all our rolls.” Placing a roll on a grill isn’t toasting but whatever. After waiting a full twenty minutes and seeing people who ordered after me leaving with their orders I inquired what was the status of my sandwich? After being asked what I ordered and informing the same clerk who took my order what it was she rudely informed me that “I must have ordered it wrong because they have a system.” Well that was it for me I put my items back and will never return. Good luck trying to phone in an order as well while I was there the phone rang no less than twelve times and was never answered. I will go elsewhere or keep my money in my pockets.

Before and Now... This was my first post and then some of the people who work there changed. So I put an update... BEFORE.... By far the best antipasto around. I just love going there. It's a treat to me. The prices are low and the quality is high. Great customer service! They are the nicest people. It has a personal feel, Like a Mom and Pop. They are good people and I Love giving good people my business. UPDATE... I will not be returning. The sandwiches are now horrible. The put wayyyyyy less meat. I got an Italian Sub and it was 80% bread. Antipasto has not had the time to marinate.

****ATTENTION ALL PATRONS OF COLOR!!!!!**** ON MAY 4TH 2022 @1045 I WAS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND I WAS ONE OF THE 2 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME WHO WAS A WHITE MALE GOT HIS ORDER TAKEN INSTANTLY. STAFF EVEN JOKED AND LAUGHED WITH HIM. WHEN IT WAS MY TURN TO PLACE AN ORDER I WAS IGNORED FOR 5 MINUTES STAFF KEPT LOOKING AT ME I EVEN SAID HELLO AND MADE EYE CONTACT AND WAS LOOKED THROUGH. SO I GUESS TODAY K&D DOESNT SERVE PATRONS OF COLOR OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THEM 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ordered a sausage, bacon egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup hot sauce on a everything bagel toasted with butter through door dash, with special instructions on how I wanted the sandwich. They Delivered the sandwich as a poppy seed bagel, with just sausage. Called the deli themselves, told them I received a wrong made sandwich, and they replied with " ok, what do you want me to do?" I replied saying I wanted the correct sandwich I ordered, then she handed the phone to Doordash, and that gentleman couldn't help me in either way. He said i can come pick up another sandwich, but I couldn't cause I'm at work. Then he told me to call Monday. How does that make sense? He said he didn't know what he can do to help me. In my opinion, this is very very poor service! Through both establishments. Never ordering from you guys again. A refund would of been a great suggestion for the wrong order from the gentleman or lady, considering I spent 22 bucks on a breakfast sandwich and a coffee to have delivered 😑 What a great way to spend my Thursday morning ! Thanks for nothing.
