Drive thru team member was courteous and clearly understood. Order was all correct. KFC sauce is very good for dipping. The new French fry seasoning is really good. My kids all enjoy the popcorn chicken meals. My wife really enjoys the mashed potatoes and gravy. Also commented that the biscuits were better than average.

Food is good and small orders are usually right. However if you place a big order for like workplace there's almost always something missing. Last 2 times we placed a big order they were messed up.

Welp first of All....tried Pottsville pa store online order but wanted adjust pkup time but their phone line currently not functioning....then ordered grilled style chicken received original recipe which didn't discover until I was home with the food.

My oringal chicken was made with 2 skinny chicken tenders my husband got chicken bowl and was all gravy called spoke to mang was rude and only wants to give a new chicken and they were out of product for my sandwich

Food was great. Staff attentive. Meal would have been more pleasant to eat if they have plates, utensils, napkins and some butter for the rolls.
