I must say every time I visit this Dunkin Donuts location when traveling to the area from Harrisburg it is always a pleasant experience. The store is always clean and the coffee/donuts are perfect. The workers, including Kyle and the other staff are very friendly, know the merchandise, and are respectful and courteous to their customers. I am always a return patron to this store. They do their job very well.

I went here one evening with my girlfriend just to relax and have a doughnut and a drink. Well we went inside to order and the employee said we had to use the kiosk to order from. Well it turned into a nightmare when half of our order was prepared wrong!!! I said to the employee, what if there was 10 people in line here waiting? This place would've been really backed up! Instead of just having a person take our order like normally, it would've went much smoother!

Thank god they kept the Unsweetened Raspberry Ice Tea! Love it! Drive thru runs smoothly and very friendly people compared to the one close by to our house in Elizabethville. They are always out of different drinks and you can't get the Unsweetened Raspberry Tea! Thankyou Pottsville Dunkin!

Always pretty fast n on point with service n food. The snackin bacon always has way too much pepper tho. And the line is always across the parking lot

The line moves pretty fast through the drive thru.
Although I did notice there is no indoor seating at this dunkin, but if you bring your own chair, you can sit out in the parking lot and learn a thing or two from the local townsmen 😁
