Absolutely horrible experience at the deli. With 3 attendants and only 2 orders to work on, we were able to finish a week's worth shopping after using the in store tablet to place an order, only to come back to find they hadn't even started ours yet. We were order 5 and order 3 was leaving the counter as we place our order. No idea what took so long. They attendants kept taking the orders of the people walking up instead of working on our digitally placed order. Terrible idea, it confuses the workers to off both. Either do the tablet ordering or the over the counter verbal order, NOT BOTH

As usally these days kids walking around on phones and when you ask a simple question they look at yo like deer in headlights. We asked 2 kids in meat dept for vararity packs of chicken n first didnt know what that was. Than said oh i dont think we make things like that here🤪. Than i said can you call a manager....but he didnt know how to use the phone/ intercom. WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS. Of course also pricey but everyone is theses days. No GREAT deals

This Giant offers Deli order ahead. There is about a 60-70% chance that your order will actually be there. Today my order was supposed to be ready by 4:00pm. Wasn’t there! I asked the guy behind the counter and he gave me all kinds of attitude and told me the people at the counter have priority. I asked why offer Deli order ahead if you can’t fulfill the service as described. Not sure he heard me because he was talking over me and was rude. There were no carts available and the shelves were very picked over. Popped over to Redners on Charlotte, (employee owned!), and they are fully stocked and I got my deli order quickly and done by a pleasant professional gent.
