Was very long wait and meat in my order

I felt compelled to leave this review bc when I asked for a side of salad dressing, David picked one up and realized there was a better one and gave me the better one instead. That means a lot to me bc he clearly has the golden rule instilled and that is rare. Thank you David!

This is a very solid chipotle. They have all the items always, nothing ever seems old, always clean. It does have a couple of issues. Often times a certain soda will be out, and they have a tendency to use an ungodly amount of cilantro in their white rice, more than I’ve seen at any other chipotle.

I really enjoy chipotle . I think the food is great; however, some people at different locations think it will be pleasurable to put HUGE globs or toppings on. The one in Richmond VA near VCU stays putting the most disturbing amount of topping on my food.

Usually great. Last time i went there was confusion about a "big 30"? Another customer wanted it and the staff said it couldnt be done, they needed to place an order for it online. My order was great.

Was totally done with the Chipotle franchise, however stumbled across this gem. In the area and decided to stop in and take a chance. The food was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of the taste and quality of food years ago. Plus the staff was very friendly and customer focused introducing me to their tofu option. Upon leaving I expressed my satisfaction with the staff. Although this location is 45 minutes away from me, I plan to revisit soon. What a great experience!

This Chipotle is great for its quality of food and friendly service. The staff is consistent and helpful. It doesn't have as many seats as the standard Chipotle but that doesn't seem to matter as much in this location as the patrons often take their food to go. Parkings not the most convenient as it's consistently busy with all of the other shops, but if you park down by the M&T Bank beside Safeway, there tends to be available spots. I do recommend this place.

For some reason, this is the best Chipotle I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! The chips have salt on them, the guac and salsas are flavorful, the carnitas is always cooked perfectly and tastes great, and they don't skimp on portions. Always fresh and yummy. And maybe it's because I'm from the Midwest and always smile and thank the workers and cashiers, but the service has always been great for me too!

Only writing a review because our experience differed from the previous reviewer. We've enjoyed our visits to this Chipotle. The only criticism that we had was that it was a bit crowded and perhaps too many young people, which is par for the course at most Chipotles. We had our daughter racing back and forth in the main area. Staff was very friendly. We've never been overcharged here btw...
