Kfc

We have 9 people, sometimes more, to feed in our family when everyone is home for dinner. The menu has a 16 piece family meal option. Guess what? It's never available...and I hear the same thing the last 3 times. "I am sorry we only have 8 pieces." I ask if we can wait for more because 8 pieces will not feed 9 people..."no"...ok...(the first 2 times I just left but this time I had an idea!)...can we get a mix of strips and bone-in chicken to build a 16 piece bucket, then?..."let me check"....long silence @ the drive through...she comes back..."ok we can let you order that"...awesome! I will have 2 mac n cheese and 2 mashed potatoes for the sides..."we don't have any mac n cheese, and only 1 mashed potato"...ok...so I choose other items, that my family doesn't even eat. Get to the window..."we have only 5 biscuits, can we replace the rest with something else?" Literally out of everything at 4pm, no lines, not busy...not willing to let me wait for what I actually want...really what else could I replace it with? Nothing! It's like this every time! When I looked at my receipt I wasn't even given the 16 piece deal...paid $5 more for 2 separate 8 piece meals, only half of which my family actually eats. Take items off the menu that you really don't offer, and don't have a KFC sign out front when there's never any dang chicken! We always wait a few months then try again...never fails to be a horrible experience. Never able to order what we want. Will not be trying again. This place sure could use some new management, nobody in the building cares about customer service...you know, the reason it's there...for customers.

We voted and KFC won. My son sits in line for 20 minutes and finally got to order. When he told the girl he wanted a family bucket of chicken. She responded that he couldn't have it, there was only one person in the kitchen cooking chicken and he would have to order something else. Those children need to be replaced with adults and definitely wrote up for their customer service or lack of.

I just got back from KFC in Poteau. The drive through is down and a girl is standing out there taking orders. This happens and at least she is doing something to help. I decide since the line is so long to go in and order. The kitchen has trash everywhere and is dirty but I think ok it is just because they are busy. the lady working the counter just keeps pretending that I wasn't there or that I had a line behind me. Finally she realized I wasn't going away and come and ask what I wanted. I told her I want a bucket chicken meal and she said "we can't to that". And walked away. Silly me I thought KFC stood for Kentucky Fried Chicken....guess I was wrong.

Order a burrito and mash potatoes took 48 min inside. 3 people order after us order a big meal gets there order first. Then they tell us they go in order like we werent standing in line for 25 min to order and they say there out of chicken and strips and everything else. This is the worst kfc ive ever been to and very rude.

Would you please hire a manager so the kids stop messing up my order? I had to stop eating at your place because my order is NEVER right. Maybe put a sign up by the road so i know it's safe to return. Something like... "heads no longer up our posterior" believe me, EVERYONE will know what you are talking about!

Who ever is the manager should teach the employees how to treat customers. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and it was out I told them about it and they said they would change it.I waited and asked them again and they said they would change it again. Know I was wanting they went about there important visiting. Then when I ask loudly the responded that they were out. So instead of telling me that first they let me set for 30 minutes. They either already knew they were out or just to lazy to work.
