We traveled to Post Falls to meet some friends to go bowling. Afterwards we went to Pizza Hut for an early dinner. There were 5 adults and eight children ranging from 7-15. We didn’t complain even when we were told there was no moving tables together due to some carpet not being glued down or drinks forgotten. We thought everything was fine giving tip according to bill, yet before leaving an employee which wasn’t our server came out. This individual proceeded to tell us that if we ever plan to come back there with more than six people we would need to call ahead. There were no other customers mind you. This person was extremely rude making us feel unwelcome, and then ranting that we put extra pizzas on a different table at one point, so now they would have to sanitize that one too! We spent over $150 there and will never spend another dime. We left immediately following.

This location does a great job. They get the order right and the food is delicious. They seem to be suffering from a staff shortage, but the team they have keeps the place running. I only do take out, but the inside appears clean.

It shouldn't take an hour and a half to get a pizza delivered from less than 5 miles away. Very disappointed, won't be ordering a pizza from Pizza Hut again which is sad because generally their pizza is good. This hungry family that spent $40 on a "big box" should have had it here in less than 30 min.

We ordered boneless chicken wings which basically are nuggets, ordered 2 sauces one parmesan garlic, the other Ranch. Well they had mixed the Parmesan garlic with the nuggets, not giving us the option of dipping them ourselves. Upon calling them to tell them about it they were rude, short tempered, and cocky. And at one point in time even said we did not need to yell at them with all due respect Angela the manager we were not yelling at you she’s an 84 year old lady talks loud. We will not be ordering from you ever again thank you

I used to give Pizza Hut in PF 5 stars as far as Pizza Places go because great food food and customer service, but our last experience w the manager made me drop it to 2 stars for the PF location. Honestly, our experience that night was negative 10. The time that caused us to leave Pizza Hut forever is what my friends and family dubbed 'The night of the Stained Glass Pizza". I had a bunch of guests over. We ordered delivery. I ordered a couple of 2 liters of Pepsi, a large stuffed crust pep pizza, 2 large pan style pep 🍕 pizza for thick crust, and 2 brownies. The driver was nice. Inside, we open the pizza and my guests grab a peice each. What the? The pizza is so unbelievably thin that instead of standing erect, it flopped downward. You could literally see light AND movement through the pizza crust and cheese like a stained glass window. One bite, their faces went sour. It's ALWAYS been delicious before, but I tried one bite, it was just off, very doughy, unappatizing, no cheesy or saucy flavor. We all put it back and opened the Pan style crust pizza. The "thick crust" was thin, doughy and see through as well, same smell. Brownies had cheese on one row with cheese grease across it. Soda was just 1 12 ounce. Knowing that Pizza Hut has always been great, for the first time ever, I called to have it fixed. I'd have to drive all the way into town to pick it up. I was nice and friendly when I called, mistakes happen. Instead, the lady who answered sounded irritated, angry, started yelling. She said she was the manager. I did not have it on speakerphone, but my guests heard her yelling loud and clear and we're shocked. Before I could finish calmly explaining about the pizza, she interrupted me repeatedly telling me the pizza is fine, I said I was bringing it in, she yelled that she wouldnt change out or discount my pizza. While we've had little issues here or there, I haven't complained before. She interupted again, yelled at me for my phone # to look at my order to look at the pepsi I ordered (which I wasn't worried about), then...silence. She did not say she was putting me on hold. 5 minutes later, still no response.10 min. 25 minutes. At that point, I was done. We all agreed that I would just bring everything back to Pizza Hut. At the restaurant, the staff was super nice as always. I held up the floppy thin pizza slices, they gasped, apologized and said they'd just replace my pizzas without a problem. The manager sent up the Assistant Manager Jeff who was really nice as well, but apologized and said the manager wouldn't allow an exchange or even discount. What?! You're kidding! I had guests, floppy see through doughy pizza, had been treated terribly, drove back in a rain storm and that manager expected me to pay for more pizzas?! I asked that everything be refunded. Jeff said he couldn't apologize enough, they've had trouble with that manager. I paid the driver $10 in cash for his tip, thanked the rest of the staff for trying to help as they've always been great, then left. Then we literally called Domino's in Post Falls down the street and ordered pizza from Dominos. They asked why I was so upset, I told them, and they threw in soda, an extra pizza, 2 breadsticks and 8 lava cakes for free, and they didnt even do anything wrong!! Now THAT'S how you win customers for life! Pizza Hut should've done that! ***UPDATE: *** We haven't gone back or ordered from this particular Pizza Hut since, neither has my family. I'm sure other pizza huts are fine.

My order was incorrect, I called five times...I was either hung up on, or individuals don't know how to operate a simple phone! I was rudly yelled at "not to intrupt" by Angela the manager, Absolutely unprofessional! I stopped payment and will never order from this place again!

Placed my lunch order online several hours before planned pickup--food was ready right on time. Personal pan pizzas were hot and crisp. The 4 pack online soda offer was great. Cashier was friendly.
