The manager at this store, I forget his name, is very friendly and super helpful. The food was fresh. I was not disappointed here

Very helpful and friendly employees and Manager. We always order the basic Tacos with extra lettuce and this location did not disappoint, soooo tasty!
Every location is different, some not so clean, this Post Falls Jack is very clean and pleasant to be in.

Tonight I legitimately received some of the best customer service I've ever seen at a fast food joint. Staff was super friendly, worked with a smile on their faces and a positive attitude. Food was also absolutely on point. They made the fries fresh.

Usually I'm very pleased with this place but tonight after paying an extra $1.10 for extra cheese sauce on my bacon potato wedges this is what I received. Wasn't very happy so i called and was assured that they did put the extra sauce on there. Won't be frequenting this place anytime soon.
