Republic Kitchen+taphouse

We visited from out of town and wanted to check out a local restaurant. This was a great pick! It looks like a little house with a cute patio and interesting decor. The service was excellent and food was very tasty. We had the cauliflower tacos and chicken burger. Would definitely come back if we’re passing through!

Wow! Stopped here on a road-trip with my parents and we were all blown away. The service was great and the food was even better! They have a large tap list for such a small place. We got the fries, cauliflower tacos, bowl, and fish and chips. *chef’s kiss* Lexi did a great job and really took care of us. 10/10, would go again.

This quaint little TapHouse is fantastic!!! I wanted something new and enjoy a good beer. When I searched for breweries near where I was.Republic Kitchen popped up. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the pretzel as I just wanted something simple, but most definitely will go back for some of there other menu items too.

Absolutely love the food here it's 5 star, I do have an issue with service I received on this visit. I must have been seated in the invisible section as I watched several tables seated after me receiving their drinks and getting their orders taken before me. The waitress seamed frazzled and was not very personal with our table, she appeared to have friends seated across the restaurant from our table and spent most of her time chatting with them. This will not deter me from enjoying the really excellent food but I'd love for management to address the invisible table issue experienced by those seated on the far side of the bar.

Went in today for Valentine's day lunch. First time visiting and was pleasantly surprised. Very sweet little spot. We went in with our eats already chosen. Started with the Avocado Nachos and these are an absolute MUST! Main course was the Monte Cristo.... Wasn't super impressed with this sandwich but was not disappointed at all. Then the plan was to end with the PB and J crisp but it wasn't listed on the menu and we were too full to even think about it. All in all it was a great new spot and we look forward to trying many things they have on the menu. That Gal that greeted us was very nice and welcoming and out server was very attentive. It was a fun new place to find!

Nice atmosphere, service was a little slow, and food was fine. Seems a bit heavy and the liberal use of hot sauce in many dishes is a bit overwhelming. Pork belly and fries appetizers were great. Chicken sandwich (Korean style) with kimchi was a bit soggy for the bun. Jalapeño side was too spicy to be good (and I like spicy food). Dessert was ok, but ran out of some of the options for the pairing menu. Not great but good overall.
