Dunkin'

Place was ok for a drive through. Service was a hurry up not knowing why being only 2 cars there. Best of all I ordered a dark roast black. Started down the road to taste to find it was like water. 😞 Poor brewing practice or management at the time. Made it down the road to the next D.Donut by route 80 and got a real dark roast. Server said there was there something wrong because it was still piping hot when telling here to toss it. Said no it was made poorly down the road in Portland, Pa and I was in need of a real DARK ROAST COFFEE. Satisfied it was a good one.☺

I ordered donuts online then I get there to pick up in Portland pa and they tell me that they don't have half the donuts I ordered the girl there told me that they stopped making chocolate frosted donuts since covid really how do they do chocolate on Boston cream I said what does chocolate frosted have to do with covid any way then I told her I just want my money back she said she can't I have to call dunkin to get it back so since it was a drive Thu only I pulled up to the window and told the girl I want my money back she told me again I needed to call dunkin I said I'm sitting right here till I get my money then she changed her tune and gave me my money back .got to be the worst time at a dunkin ever .i drive truck for a living and go to dunkin at least 3 times a day for coffee .sorry dunkin I was loyal to you but after this I belive I'm done with dunkin
