This is your standard new modern box chain McDonald’s. It’s everything you’ve come to expect and McDonald’s clean efficient nice and new.
If you’re in Portland Indiana looking for a place to eat breakfast if you don’t have a lot of choices but this is a good.

We did not get straws for our drinks and the picture is of a double quarter pounder with bacon. The burger is undercooked and there was no bacon at all. The frys was also cold and soggy.

My sister ordered me a mocha frappe they gave her a hot drink twice then from what it looks like just threw ice chocolate and whip cream over the hot coffee. I would have given a negative rating but they don't have that option.

Waited in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes..there were only 2 vehicles in front of me..then when we got our food the French fries and other food was cold...I want in to tell them and another guy also came in and he had paid for the wrong food and there was also a lady in there waiting on food because she had to come all the way back to Winchester from farmland because she also did not have the right food. There were plenty of staff especially since it was only three cars in line there were five to six people in the cooking area two people on the counter one of the drive-thru window one of the pay window 2 others. Anytime I am at the window and my food is not ready they make me pull up so why they didn't have the truck pull up I have no idea. But the person in front of me had only ordered a drink... These kinds of things happens here frequently in the evening.

The bathroom is a little neglected, but the main issue is that in the womens stall they've put a step on trash can BEHIND the toilet so you must press your legs against the toilet to open the can and throw anything away.

I stopped by for lunch today and was helped by a man name Kyle. He was so kind and friendly, amazing customer service! The food tasted great! Overall great visit!

Staff is extremely rude. I understand it is not a dream job, but you are working with the public. You expect this behavior from teenagers, but from grown, middle aged woman, very sad.
