There is a woman who I works at the drive thru window who always smiles and is bright and calls everyone honey and I love her, she does a wonderful job. Please give her a raise or something she is the reason I go to to this dunkin she makes peoples days brighter!

Awful management, too much drama and bad mouthing customers once they leave. They act like they just started working there and flip out with a big order. Rude, crude and lewd. Covid ripped through the store. No one needed a test result to come back . The place is a clown show . Management is lazy and so is the assistant manager. The head boss of both stores got Covid. It seems like the employees are in charge, not the "management". Go to marginal way, it's not a franchise and is run correctly.

Nicest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in. We are on our way home 😞 & thought stop for a coffee on the way to airport, decided to sit down & have a meal once we walked in and felt very lodge like. I ate the wake up wrap, it’s more of a snack 😉 might actually be child size that’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars

I ordered two sandwiches we waited 10 mins for those sandwiches I also added bacon and cheese to those sandwiches and didn’t get extra bacon that they made me pay for…people walked in 6 mins after us ordered and got their food and drinks before me

I only ever use the drive through, so my review is limited to that experience, but it great enough that I feel compelled to point it out in a review. The staff is unusually nice and patient, and the only incorrect orders I ever get are to my benefit 😄 (extra item, extra size, etc). They invariably act on behalf of the customer's satisfaction, and happily so. It makes me happy to continue supporting this establishment.

The lobby was closed. Drive thru only. There was no way to know that until you got to the doors though. I was walking, so no coffee for me that day.

I've been to this location long before it became a Dunkin. Decent place, staff typically are polite( as everyone has an off day.) I cannot help but notice they tend to go through staff quicker than other locations I've visited. Upper management is often hard to contact (Professional reasons.) But over all they typically don't screw up my coffee order in comparison to other locations. one pump swirl means one pump. not four.
