Scheduled appointment online. It was a pretty simple process. Good automated communication throughout the process. They came to my home. Tech showed up on time and was done very quickly. They booked insurance seamlessly. Seems like a good experience, right? Those were the positives and if the end result was satisfactory I would be leaving a 5 star review. Sadly the result was not satisfactory. The damage was not repairable meaning that the windshield will now need to be replaced. Things that made this a less pleasant process was the multiple nagging to add new wipers. I was solicited for them when I made the appointment, on reminders of the appointment and by the tech. Enough, I don't need new wipers. Before the tech started the work he shared the littany of legal excuses to relieve them of any responsibility... "This process may damage the window further, we won't guarantee that your car will pass inspection, it may make things worse, new damage may develop" and yet I still went ahead. That is clearly my fault and inexperience. It would have been helpful if there was a person that did this regularly and could consult and say "in situations like this, you will be left with a slightly larger crack and you may want to consider replacing the windshield rather than paying to repair it". If only that person existed. Lastly, I hand washed my car today with this spring weather and found several scratches in the A-pillar. They will buff out I'm sure. It was just this carelessness that was the straw that broke the camel's back and prompted me to do this review.

This was definitely one of my best experiences with any service. Staff was very friendly and the service was exceptional. I had a small crack in my windshield that required a full replacement. They told me it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to complete, so I ended up waiting there. They took about 50 minutes and they even vacuumed out my whole car which they didn't have to do but did anyways! I couldn't believe the level of service these guys provided! Thanks for the amazing customer service everyone!

Did the job in the expected amount of time and appears to be an adequate job 2-3 days later, but what I was really impressed with was the manager or assistant manager (Josh?) offered to drive me home if the repair wouldn’t be completed within the next 20 minutes since I had to get home to take care of my newborn. That service wasn’t used but the offer is what matters. High quality repair and customer service. 5/5

Professional in both telephone communication and personal demeanor upon our meeting, topped with exceptional customer service is why I can make this claim. Jarrod solved my on-site replacement/chance of rain problem by seeing the situation from my point of view. My new windshield is perfect, nothing has been left to chance. Way more expensive than Portland Glass and they do not stand behind their work. My windshield cracked because they did not do a proper repair when I brought it in for a chip. I know this because the crack started where the chip was. They should have replaced it for free. Staff very rude. Will never return
