This is the slowest dunkin in town. If the guy with the old man voice is working you won't get out if there is less than 15 to 20 minutes and you also won't get an appoplogy. Orders often messed up as well.
Avoid if you can.

Guy couldn't be bothered to make any food besides crossiant stuffers and he burnt them, horrible attitude, didn't stir coffee.

Stopped in here for coffee and to wait a bit while my car was being serviced. Employees constantly yelled and screamed in the store as if no one was in there. I counted the “F-word” yelled out over 20 times(and other unmentionable terms). Coffee is good but I wouldn’t bring children in here.

I usually order on the app 20 mins ahead of time so that I have time to pick up and also have time
To eat before going into work. On the app I specifically choose a Dunkin’ that has an open lobby so I can quickly grab and go. But a lot of times they close the lobby due to “lack of workers” which forces us to use the drive thru which takes an extra 15 minutes to pick up my order at which by this point I can’t cancel because I have already paid for it. Frustrating as hell.

Driving a tractor trailer so we can’t go through drive through and the workers were ignoring us. We knocked on the window and the woman working told us we had to walk through the drive through.. that’s a good way to get hit by a car…

I rarely go to Dunkin unless I'm in a pinch or a hurry. I usually don't like to support giant conglomerates. But their food and donuts and coffee are consistently bland yet cheap.

Just walked in to get breakfast and was told they only have drive thru and mobile on the go and do not do walk in orders. Little confused because they has more staff then other dunkin donuts. O well lost my business at this location.
