Domino's Pizza

Called to place an order for delivery and was told there was a 2 hour wait which was fine with me. 2 hours later I called again to get a status update and was told that it was put in as carryout. They said they could have a driver leave within 5 mins. With that being said, they didn’t offer to make a fresh order or a refund. They sent me food that sat there for 2 hours. The food was delivered but the driver never called me. I called and ended up fighting for a refund. Very unprofessional. 3 hours later I ate cold food. Maybe the employees should really make sure everything is correct.

I just ordered today a pacific veggie pizza and cheese pizza, and I was clear with them that I cannot eat anything that contains non-halal meat for religious reasons (that’s why I always ask for a clean cut).. Guess what there were 3 pieces of meat in my Pacific veggie pizza!!!!!!!!!!! I’m not sure if the managers will take the bad reviews seriously, but this is the last time that I order something from Domino’s. You guys just lost a customer.

Used a coupon to get a large pizza on the app. I click pay in store, so I go to the store to pickup and they tell me I have to pay full price for the pizza. I asked why’s that the case, store manager couldn’t give me reason why. She later was calling me aggressive for trying to get a better understanding of the situation. This dominos be tryna scam people. Also have people who are terrible with customer service.

It is seemingly frequent to have long delivery times, or a delivery issue compared to other pizza places in the area, this seems to be stemmed from being short of delivery staff and due to that I now just pickup. Otherwise the staff have always impressed me when I'm grabbing my pizza, and its been quite well made, lobby seems pretty clean whenever I'm there. Pizza wise you can defiantly do better in Portland, its Dominoes, but some of the deals make it hard to resist and its quick, and I think improved.

Samantha the delivery driver is the most rude inconsiderate person ever. Not only did I I had to chase her to her car to let her know she forgot an item, she said That was all when I clearly was missing a whole sandwich and when I went inside to get my receipt she drove off. And to think I tipped her well. Now I can’t eat after working my 12 hour shift and dominoes doesn’t care to answer their phones. I will be going in, in person tomorrow because this isn’t the only time this has happened to me and they don’t answer their phones to fix their issues. Sick of spending money somewhere I don’t even receive what I have bought
