The tuna fish sandwich was watery and no taste.I believe it was mixed up for a couple of days then served or frozen and thawed.It use to be very good.I was very disappointed.

Worst sandwich and worst meal we've had in a long time. Years ago there was a commercial that said, "Where's the Beef?!" Well, that should be their slogan. A little amount of meat on a lot of bread that's pretty tasteless and full of grissle. No fries, just chips. For $45 we could have a nice restaurant meal.

Overcharged because they don't know how to take an order over the phone and the old lady argued with the customer when i questioned the price of 2- #9 Pockets, 2 sodas and a bag of chips!

It took two meals to eat the pounder number 9. I am glad you could eat in, since it was under 10 degrees and colder with wind çhill. City has mask mandate that is followed.

Location in Portland Maine is great. Staff made us feel like we where regulars. So helpful, polite and hard working. Sandwiches so fresh and packed. Location clean !
