I love the place. The staff is awesome and friendly. The food is great. I tried the lobster soup ok and it was filled with chunks of lobster. The fish sandwich was also great
My wife and I went to Portland for a long weekend and spent several evenings here. The atmosphere was great, the people were fantastic. Very laid back and relaxing place.
It was great to meet the ownerJohn, and talk with him for a bit. If you are ever in Portland make sure to stop in.
Definitely the locals pub. Though I am not a local of Portland and was only visiting the city from VA, I am a blue/white collar hard working American who loves brews, sports talk, nothing fancy, and fun commraderie so this place checked all my boxes. Thanks for the awesome time. Cheers.

This is my go to place whenever I am in Portland. A local friend introduced me to this place about 10 years ago. Great food low prices. Very local type of hangout, good crowd from all walks of life.
I've been going to the pub since 1985. Always been a great place. Good bartenders and good clientele and fair prices. You can't go wrong. And a pub with fine views of active street life!
