Got their Pazzo, White Pizza with grilled chicken and fresh chocolate chip cookies. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! Will be having this again for sure.

I know, its Lobster. But this is where the locals go. While it may look like just a Sub Sandwich Pizza shop, it's way better! Could not help myself, returned every chance I had while working in Portland. I had their traditional Italian but I loved the all meat calzone! 1902 is when it all started and it is well worth a one time stop for you, and better yet, it's reasonable.

My family has been going here since we moved to Portland, and for a while my dad was working there. Amato's will always hold a special place in my heart for the wonderful food and the staff that has been like extended family for over a decade.

Delicious food 😍 these guys do a great job. Stopped here for a quick lunch. I today I tried their tuna hoagie small one. Came out fast , no issues , good quality food here I would definitely recommend you stop by if you are in the area and looking for a good sandwich shop. They also to catering if you have a large group and want to supply them with a large order of food all at the same time. Just need to call ahead of time and schedule it.
