They are always really nice. The Hotdogs condinment bar is ok.

The slurpees but one were all not ready, the sodas were flat, they were out of long straws for the slurpees and the employee wasn't caring about customer service. When I got in the car and taisted the slurpee I got it taisted off. Like there is just syrup and not mixed properly.

I rated my experience as a 1 on the 7/11 app because of their "liquid" slurpees and lack of flavors. I came back a few days later to find out they brought back the original flavors and the slurpee's were frozen and ready. I have to rate my experience high for a quick response to customer service complaints.

the service is fine, but the food is very old and hard. I will never buy there again

I ordered the tequito things and the cashier stuck them in a bag and laid them on the counter with the ends sticking out touching the dirty counter top. I told him I didn't want to have them touching it so I propped them up on my drinks. He then grabbed my drinks and they fell again. So I asked him for a bag and he grabbed one and threw it on the counter and made me put them in. Worst experience I've had at a 7 eleven
