Amazing crew! Very welcoming and accommodating! Clearly a well organized organization that believes in training their employees well. They have a special station for gluten-free sandwiches and take special care to avoid cross contamination. If you get it the Mike's way, don't be surprised by the amount of oil and vinegar. It tastes great that way, but you can ask for light and get 1/2 the amount.... Want even less, just ask.

Great sandwich, took a while to get it maybe because mine was a Philly and they cook it fresh? So if you are in a hurry maybe go fast food or get a cold cut instead. But if you got a few minutes to spare stay and wait. It was worth the wait.

Very big sandwich but when I brought it to work (I live about 5 mins away if that) the sandwich was very soggy from so much vinegar and oil they added. It was my first time if I'd known they put that much I would have asked for easy or light vinegar and oil. I'm sure it would have been delish.

slowest most un organized Jersey mikes i have been to. Hot sandwiches are taking 10+ min after Customers pay and there customer service is extremely low. anyone can put together a sandwich. Customer service is everything in a establishment like this one.

So I'm a bit pickywith food. If the people in the kitchen or the kitchen itself don't look reasonably clean, I just opt for another food spot. I'm not sure if I've ever had a Jersey Mikes sandwich. Had a Philly steak with honey mustard, banana and jalapeno peppers here. Feeling a little sleepy 😅... Easily one of the best Phillys I've had in the last couple years and I travel all over the US for work. Definitely worth a shot. 😎

YUM! We just finished our subs and not only were they bomb but the staff while we were there were all fun. We especially appreciated the guy cutting the sandwiches; he checked to make sure the sandwiches were actually cut all the way through. Didn’t catch your name, but thanks dude.

I order door dash on a regular basis, it would be really nice if the people making the sandwich would take the time to look and see how the customer wants the sandwich made instead of making it however the heck they feel like. I can’t exactly send the sandwich back to be remade, so it ends up being a $20 doggie treat.
With that being said, the one out of 5 times you get it right, it’s the best sandwich I ever had.
